Dan Pulik | Creative director
From his roots as a press photographer to his current fascination with all things electronic, Dan loves the creative process and thrives on challenge. He designs and executes graphics and animation with his special blend of creativity and resourcefulness. The result – art and technology combine to enhance the client’s message. Dan has worked in the corporate, cable and broadcast markets.
His accomplishments include:
- Director for the award-winning National Cancer Institute’s animated, interactive video series “Cancer Risk Reduction Through Dietary Intervention”
- Director for the award-winning public service announcement “Eco Kenny – How to Reduce Your Carbon Footprint”
- Art directed more than 500 projects per year, including video, multimedia, web, live broadcast, product launches and sporting events;
- Designed award-winning graphics and interface design; and
- Lead a team that developed and produced an ITVA-award winning CD-ROM/Web hybrid.
Dan is an award-winning video producer and ITVA-award winning art director. He has a bachelor’s degree of fine arts in comprehensive design from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, he has studied programming and systems design at Computer Learning Center, and videographics and animation at Silicon Graphics Institute. Dan has worked in the news, corporate, cable and broadcast markets. Dan serves on the Illinois Institute of Art (IIA) Professional Advisory Committee, and is a certified member of the Microsoft Partner Program.
